Subscription Fees

Property owners may be required to pay subscription fees to maintain active listings. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Payment Terms

• All fees are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified
• Payments must be made through our authorized payment processors
• We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with 30 days notice
• Late payments may result in suspension of your account

Taxes

You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes related to your use of our Service and any transactions you conduct through our platform.
